Dennoch treten hin und wieder St\u00f6rungen auf, die den Fertigungsprozess unterbrechen, obwohl sie mitunter schnell zu beheben sind. Diese St\u00f6rungen verk\u00fcrzen die effektive Fertigungszeit und verschlechtern somit die Gesamtanlageneffektivit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Um eine schnelle Reaktion auf eine St\u00f6rung zu erm\u00f6glichen, muss eine \u00c4nderung des Maschinenzustands sofort an die richtige Person weitergegeben werden. Hier kommt die vom Digital Laboratory entwickelte Smartwatch-App ins Spiel: per Push-Benachrichtigung wird eine St\u00f6rung der Maschine direkt auf dem Handgelenk angezeigt:<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1284 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/digitallaboratory.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/machine_error-2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1818\" height=\"1418\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Informationen wie Fehlerbeschreibung, -code und wie lange der Fehler besteht sind ebenfalls abrufbar. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen auch bei st\u00f6rungsfreien Maschinen Informationen wie Name des aktuell laufenden Programms und des eingewechselten Werkzeugs angezeigt werden.
